We're working with a reputable construction company in Herefordshire who are looking to appoint a Site Administrator to support their team with day-to-day admin duties. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and down-to-earth team working on a long-term project in the area.
? Role Overview:
As a Site Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for general administrative support, document control, and liaising with head office.
? Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining site documentation
Supporting the team with timesheets, reports, and filing
Handling deliveries and updating registers
Coordinating site visitors and keeping sign-in records
General admin and office support
✅ What We're Looking For:
Previous admin experience (site/construction experience a bonus but not essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and friendly attitude
⏰ Hours & Flexibility:
3 days per week, 10am-2pm
