We are looking for a skilled Fire Door Maintainer to carry out inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of fire doors across a portfolio of social housing properties in the London area.

Key Responsibilities of the Fire Door Maintainer:

Inspect, maintain, and carry out remedial works on fire doors to meet current legislation and standards.

Record and report defects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Work efficiently in occupied properties with a focus on customer service and safety.

*

Ensure all work complies with fire safety regulations and social housing standards.

*

Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and supervisors to coordinate works.

Requirements of the Fire Door Maintainer:

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.

*

Proven experience in fire door maintenance and repairs.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London.
