Role: CNC Machinist - Mill turn position.

Role Requirements:

To machine components to technical drawings and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Set-up and operate CNC machines.

* Manufacture components from engineering drawings, whilst working within company Quality procedures.

* Self-inspection of own work.

* Preventative & General maintenance checks.

* Ensure all HSE legislations are adhered to at all times.

Competencies:

* Read and understand engineering drawings.

* Ability to set and operate CNC machines – Mill turn

* Ability to edit and prove out CNC programs.

* Ability to use a range of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers etc.)

* Sound knowledge of geometrical tolerances.

* Good attention to detail.

* Strong team player with a can do attitude.

* Must be self-motivated.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience operating CNC machines.

Previous experience within the oil and gas industry preferred but not essential.

Fanuc or Mazatrol experience advantageous.

Salary is open to discussion depending on experience
