We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a family run manufacturer based in Denton, Tameside. Working alongside the Production Manager to run various machines associated with the manufacture of bespoke goods.
What’s on offer?
* £27,456 per annum
* Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm/ Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Onsite canteen
* Onsite parking
* Full-time Permanent position
What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
* Setting up and operating machinery and packing finished products
* Performing quality inspections
* Labelling, packing, and preparing finished goods
* Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment
* Experience operating/setting machinery is preferred
* The ability to work well in a team and help out where needed
* An understanding of health and safety standards and practices
