Smile Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Redditch for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team from January, working Monday to Wednesday each week.

About the Role
Teach a Key Stage 1 class within a supportive and nurturing environment
Deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Plan, mark and assess pupil progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the senior leadership team
Contribute to the wider life of the school communityAbout You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Recent experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
A positive, enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching
Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
Commitment to supporting pupils’ academic and personal developmentThe School Offers
