Our client is a leading organisation in the banking sector, committed to driving innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Senior Integrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in coordinating large-scale changes across multiple business units and third-party partners.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Integrator, you will be at the forefront of managing complex integrations that ensure the seamless delivery of critical initiatives. Your expertise in stakeholder management, planning, and emotional intelligence will be essential as you navigate a multifaceted landscape of projects and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to prioritise platform-, business unit-, and group-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:Lead a team of Integrators to coordinate intricate integration efforts, providing direction and support in achieving shared goals.
Integration Point Establishment:Identify and establish crucial integration points across platforms, effectively communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
Progress Tracking:Work with backlog owners to monitor progress against delivery timelines, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
Risk Management:Identify critical delivery risks and initiate recovery actions with senior stakeholders to mitigate potential setbacks.
Blocker Resolution:Serve as a key escalation point for resolving blockers, collaborating with platform leaders to address interlock challenges.
Supplier Management:Oversee third-party suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and addressingunderperformance as necessary.
Complex Implementation Leadership:Manage high-risk implementations that require integration across multiple internal and external parties, guaranteeing safe and effective delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Stakeholder Management:Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives. Demonstrated conflict resolution and consensus-building skills.
Planning & Reporting:Strong aptitude for using status reporting and agile methodologies to assess progress, risks, and issues. Take accountability for delivery forecasting and identify opportunities for improvement.
Emotional Intelligence:Ability to anticipate the needs of customers and colleagues, resolving conflicts with sensitivity and respect.
Leadership & Culture:Experience advising on cultural topics, ethical leadership, and change management, using deep listening techniques to engage colleagues effectively.
Coaching & Feedback:If in a managerial role, the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
