Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Construction Administrator to join Bromsgrove and Redditch Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting project teams with data inputting, investigation, and data cleansing
*
Logging and tracking customer enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up by relevant team members
*
Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
*
Using administrative IT systems to maintain accurate records and documentation
*
Assisting with general office and project support tasks as required
About you:

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and other admin software
*
Clear communicator with good customer service skills
*
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
*
Some knowledge or experience of facilities management or construction is desirable
