An Assistant Product Manager is required for a successful and progressive company to take lead of a new line of specialist products for healthcare and wellbeing. Within a talented team you will product management support and product development and launch of innovative new products.
This position involves a mix of product development, market research, supplier liaison, data analysis, and sales insights, requiring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.

What you’ll do
* Action the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch alongside the senior team.
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, design, regulatory and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and gaps in the current product offerings to market trends.
* Utilise data to shape product strategies, ensuring we meet market demands and customer expectations.
* Create compelling product presentations for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and clients
* Communicate product vision, roadmap, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
* Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of products in the market to key trends and insights.
* Develop recommendations based on data analysis to drive product enhancements and optimization.
* Analyse account commercials, including pricing, margin analysis, and profitability for each product line
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure product profitability and align with business financial goals
* Track product performance against KPIs and take action to improve product performance where necessary.
* Utilise advanced EXCEL for VLOOKUPS of run rates and other critical data.
* Ensure excellent administration and recording of information on Microsoft packages and SAGE 200.
You will be:
* Experienced in product management, with a proven track record in developing and launching successful products, either in a full product lifecycle or in an assistant capacity.
* Experience analysing data and account commercial to understand product or sales performance and make data driven decisions.
* Have experience in a manufacturing, rework or tangible products sector.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in product management tools, Excel, and data analysis tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
* Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, finance, and marketing.
The details:
This is a full time and permanent role, based in the office with the option of 1-2 days per week at home with 3-4 days in the office.
