Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a leading professional cost and project management consultancy in Birmingham. This firm has a great range of work on offer with clients chiefly in the private sector including areas such as leisure and hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. They work on a large range of projects including both programmes of refurbishment works as large as multi-million pound new build construction. This role will focus initially on a programme of works for clients in the retail and leisure sectors.

We're looking ideally for an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor from a construction consultancy or client side background. You should have a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Construction Management or similar and you will also need to already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
