We are currently recruiting enthusiastic individuals for the role of High Level Teaching Assistant across our Primary Schools in Hedge end.

Position: High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) 
Location: Hedge end 
Salary Scale: £12.82 - £15.50 per Hour 
Contract Type: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities: 

Teaching assistant supporting class teacher and covering lessons during PPA time.

Collaborate closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities as a High-Level Teaching Assistant. 

Provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by teachers. 

Assist in preparing engaging learning materials and resources to enhance lesson effectiveness. 

Foster positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development. 

Implement behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment. 

Requirements: 

Previous experience in a similar role as a High-Level Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not essential. 

Demonstrated genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment. 

Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff for student success.
