Foot Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover sites in and around Central London Zones 1+2 salary to £45k, plus travel card, overtime and great benefits.

Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. Due to contract awards they are looking for a Foot Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to cover a number of sites in Central London, zones 1 & 2.

Role

* Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's

* Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.

* Checking UPS systems

* Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts etc

* Changing lamps

* Changing / cleaning filters

* Minor alterations to BMS set points.

Location

Covering a number of high end commercial buildings in London, Zones 1 & 2, Travel card provided.

Experience required

* Electrical / HVAC Building services maintenance background.

* Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge

* Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2 / 3 qualified along with 18th Edition.

* Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment (not domestic or install).

* Must be smart and presentable, have excellent communication skills and be client facing as you will be interacting with the client on site on a daily basis.

Salary / benefits

* Competitive salary £45k+ based on 40hrs

* Good overtime rates including time & half and double time.

* 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

* Travel Card provided for Zones 1 & 2.

The successful applicant will be provided with zones 1 & 2 travel card, specialist tools, power tools, uniform, a laptop and a mobile phone.
