Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team. This is a standard day shift role, but flexibility is essential, candidates must be available outside of core hours should operational issues arise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop efficient working methods for assembly and implement modern production engineering techniques.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
* Drive effectiveness, quality, and cost-efficiency across all objectives set by management.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Provide support to the Maintenance team and collaborate with other departments.

Skills & Experience:

* Strong PC skills are essential; proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of conventional machining capabilities and limitations.
* Practical experience in facility layout and ergonomics is advantageous.
* Minimum qualification of BTEC/HNC in a relevant engineering field is preferred.
