Hours: Monday to Friday. 9AM-5PM (37 hours) - may include some weekends.

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a successful, growing team within the Property industry. 

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Guiding the buyers throughout the sales process.
Liaising with various contacts, including solicitors, stakeholders and other professionals within the industry. 
Attend regular meetings. 
Maintaining compliant documentation and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. 
Carry out property inspections, identifying and reporting necessary maintenance.
Complete necessary administration.  To be considered for this position, you will have/be: 

Strong knowledge/experience of the property market.
A successful background in a Sales position. 
Excellent communication skills. 
Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
