About the Role
As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with top-tier employers across the built environment. You will have the opportunity to shape and grow your own desk, backed by a trusted brand and experienced leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across the construction and property sectors.
Managing recruitment for business support roles, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, and Commercial functions.
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
Conducting client visits, meetings, and presentations to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Working closely with our delivery and compliance teams to ensure exceptional service and candidate quality.

Competitive base salary (up to £45k DOE) + monthly commission up to 35%

About You
Proven experience within white collar or professional services recruitment
A strong understanding of the construction or built environment sector (preferred but not essential)
Confident in business development and relationship management
Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially driven
Excellent communication and organisational skills
