We’re currently recruiting a full time Factory Operative in the Bridport area. This is a full-time, temp to perm position offering consistent daytime hours — no weekends, no nights.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently

* Follow production schedules and quality standards

* Carry out basic quality checks and record results

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Assist with packing, labelling, and general factory duties as needed
