Billing Assistant – Full Time – Office Based – Edinburgh – Permanent
Valeco Recruitment is working exclusively with a prestigious legal firm to recruit a Billing Assistant to join their Finance team in central Edinburgh. This is a permanent, office-based position, with full-time hours and training provided.
Responsibilities include:

Generating and reviewing billing schedules and fee notes for legal teams
*
Assisting with fee reviews and billing reports
*
Supporting the wider finance function with administrative tasks
*
Helping provide internal training and billing process support to colleagues
The ideal candidate will have:
*
Strong numeracy and organisational skills
*
High attention to detail and a methodical approach
*
Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
*
Previous experience in finance or billing preferred (legal/professional services ideal)
*
A proactive and flexible attitude and willingness to learn
