What You'll Be DoingAs a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key part in keeping lessons running smoothly by:
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson work in the teacher's absence
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
* Managing behaviour effectively using school policies
* Ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported to the DSL promptly

What We're Looking ForYou'll be a great fit if you have:
* Experience working with young people (school, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
* Confident communication and classroom management skills
* A positive, professional attitude
* Flexibility to work across subjects and settings
* A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
