? Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students within the Additional Resource Provision.
✔️ Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
✔️ Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to provide effective support and intervention.
✔️ Monitor and assess students' progress, using personalized learning plans to inform teaching strategies.
✔️ Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's progress and development.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND and ARP.

✅ What We’re Looking For

? QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
? Experience working with students with additional needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
? Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and ARP provisions.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
? A commitment to supporting children in reaching their full potential.
? Passion for creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
