Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Aspire People is working in partnership with a fantastic school in Leicester, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure every child has access to the curriculum and can thrive in a nurturing learning environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational journey.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in UK schools (essential)

Previous experience supporting students with SEN

A current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one

A patient, resilient, and positive attitude

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
