I am looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a local authority in the Lincoln area. The Repairs Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of repairs and maintenance to the stock by trades operatives and sub-contractors.

Repairs Supervisor duties:

Ensure all sub-contractors and trades operatives are completing the work to standard, budget and time
Assist the works schedulers and support officers, planning and allocating work to operatives
Ensure that all health and safety legislative requirements are met
Engage with digital models of service delivery and support the implementation of digital working methods
What is required of the Repairs Supervisor:

Experience working in a social housing setting
Relevant experience in the same or similar role
Come from a trades background
Administrative experience
