Job Description
Our client provides an exceptional workplace environment with a team of passionate individuals dedicated to pet care. They are currently seeking a Veterinary Nurse to join their team and contribute to their high standards of patient care and team development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team consisting of experienced veterinarians, nurses, and administrative staff. They will play a vital role in maintaining our client's excellent standards of patient care and contribute to the ongoing development of their practice.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality veterinary nursing care.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Manage clinical and administrative tasks efficiently.
* Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve common goals.
* Provide leadership and support to colleagues when needed, including the Head Registered Veterinary Nurse.
* Adapt to and implement changes to improve practice operations.
Requirements:
* Experience in veterinary nursing.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Flexibility and adaptability to manage changes effectively.
