What You’ll Do

Carry out repairs, decoration, and cyclical maintenance.
Complete statutory checks and log all tasks accurately.
Supervise external contractors and maintain grounds.
Respond to urgent issues when needed.
Ensure health & safety compliance across the site.

What We’re Looking For

Maintenance experience is essential – ideally with basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Positive, proactive attitude and excellent customer focus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
