We’re hiring for a motivated individual to deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support and help maintain a secure, reliable IT infrastructure.

What you'll do:

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support (remote and in-person)
Manage user accounts and hardware rollout
Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Handle asset management, basic procurement, and IT equipment disposal
Support IT security and best practices (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, ITIL)What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence required
Relevant Level 3+ IT qualifications preferredWork Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
