Engineering Manager

As a Technical Manager for this organisation, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Overall day-to-day management of site functions, pulling multiple teams together to ensure on time, on budget delivery of products and systems.

Ensuring that all teams have the resources they need to perform.

Continuously improving processes, systems and culture within a targeted environment.

Feeding back to Senior Management.

Accountability for site safety, man management, quality, volume of production and cost.

Any other projects and duties as required.

To be considered for this exciting leadership role you will have/be:

Significant, solid, and relevant experience within Engineering.

A demonstrable track record in improving efficiency.

The ability to communicate at all levels.

A calm, confident approach to leadership.

Excellent technical knowledge.

Experience working across multiple functions.

Excellent attention to detail.

Examples of improvements you have made operationally.

Able to demonstrate handling multiple projects at once.
