We are recruiting General Operatives for our client, a busy and well-established manufacturing company specialising in precast concrete walls and products. This is a hands-on role within a production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality concrete products.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 6:00 – 18:00
Flexible options available, including 8-hour shifts
Key Duties

Assisting in the production of precast concrete walls and related products
Installing reinforcing steel into moulds prior to concrete pouring
Adjusting rebar sizes to meet specifications
Painting and finishing concrete products when required
Loading and unloading materials
Supporting other production areas as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working as part of a production team to meet targets
Candidate Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Ability to follow health and safety procedures
Reliable transport and good attendance
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in open or outdoor production areas
