Your Mission:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the French market by recruiting for both warehouse and office positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and sharing best practises. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess hiring needs and trends
Owning and driving the recruitment process from start to finish
Proactively sourcing candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline
Ensuring a stellar experience for all candidates through effective communication

What You'll Need to Embark:
We're looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Here's what we believe makes the right fit:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for warehouse or blue-collar roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques to find talent in unexpected places
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in French ??

Details:

Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 6 months
Hourly Rate: £17.95 - £20.80
Location: Shoreditch, London (just a 7-minute walk from Old Street train station)
