Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to perform a variety of tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate CNC machines to carry out tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.

Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and engineering specifications to understand the required tasks and outcomes.

Translate work instructions and technical drawings into precise computer commands for the CNC machines.

Load raw materials and parts onto the machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure setup.

Perform test runs and inspect output to verify that machines are functioning properly and producing parts to specification.

Set up machines to run full production cycles to fabricate large quantities of components efficiently.

Monitor machines during operation, making real-time adjustments to improve quality or performance as necessary.

Inspect finished products using measurement tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and industry best practices.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and mechanical drawings.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and G-code is a plus.

Good attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation is preferred.
