Job Title: Psychology Teacher – Rochester
Pay Rates: £163 – £230 per day (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk are seeking an experienced and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a reputable secondary school in Rochester. About the Role

We are looking for a teacher who can deliver high-quality Psychology lessons at Key Stage 5, with the ability to engage and challenge learners of all abilities. You will take on full teacher responsibilities, contributing to the wider school community and ensuring students achieve their full potential in an encouraging and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons for KS5 students.
Take full teacher responsibilities, including assessment, marking, and reporting on student progress.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and independence.
Employ innovative and creative teaching methods to inspire a passion for Psychology.
Work collaboratively with departmental colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.
Uphold the school’s commitment to academic excellence and student wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS with proven experience teaching Psychology at KS5.
A dynamic, passionate, and hardworking approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A commitment to professional development and to making a positive impact within the school.
Flexibility to work on a full or part-time basis.
