Singh & Jones have been retained by specialists in cladding and roofing installation and repair, with their comprehensive knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, design services, experienced project & site management teams.

Due to growth, my client is keen to recruit a Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ability to read drawings.

* Professionally manage teams so that site operatives undertake what is required.

* Have a constant eye for safety/ensure safe working at all times.

* Materials arriving at site must be inspected for damage.

* Compliance with programme by ensuring labour is productively employed.

* Ensure site rules are enforced.

* Toolbox talks to be undertaken as appropriate and recorded.

* Rigorously maintain the photographic audit trail of component removal/installation

* All administrational systems properly maintained & up to date.

Requirements:

* Complete familiarity with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan (CPP) is required.

* SMSTS qualification is essential

* First Aid qualifications

* Cladding experience is preferred, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a site, fully understanding the responsibilities that come with it
