We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Kettering for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Summary of the Commercial Property Solicitor role 

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: Kettering
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: full - time Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor

Manage your own caseload, providing end-to-end support on property transactions.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
Handle a variety of property matters, including leases, freehold sales/purchases, development land, and agricultural property.
Liaise with commercial lenders and other third parties involved in property transactions.
Act for a range of clients, including SIPPs/SASSs, corporate clients, and private individuals.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
Provide clear, accurate advice to clients and ensure compliance with current property law.
Requirements for a successful Commercial Property Solicitor

Qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in property transactions.
Experience managing your own caseload and delivering results independently.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
