MACHINE SHOP FOREMAN

We are recruiting for a Foreman to work for our client who are located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES:

* Oversee daily operations of the machine shop

* Liaise between management and shop floor teams

* Order materials and manage stock levels

* Communicate directly with customers regarding jobs and timelines

* Coordinate and prioritise urgent breakdown and quick-turnaround work

* Provide hands-on support on machines when required

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

* Computer literate

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

THE HOURS:

Day Shift – Monday – Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm / Friday 7.30am-2pm

40Hours – Overtime available at x1.5

THE PAY:

You will earn an hourly rate of between £18 - £20 depending on experience.
