Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the luxury interiors space

Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients

Create and execute business development strategies that drive revenue and elevate brand visibility

Represent the brand at design festivals, trade shows, and industry events

Collaborate with internal teams to feed client insights into product and marketing development

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the luxury interiors, design, or high-end furnishings sector

Proven success in building client pipelines and exceeding revenue targets

Well-connected within the interior design and architectural communities

Confident communicator and negotiator with strong commercial instincts

Passionate about heritage design and premium craftsmanship

Self-motivated and proactive with a collaborative approach
