Are you an experienced solderer looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with great working hours and a friendly team?

Our client based in Basildon is seeking a skilled Solderer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position offering a competitive hourly rate and an early finish on Fridays!

? What You'll Be Doing:

Precision soldering of electronic components
Working from technical drawings and specifications
Quality checking and ensuring high standards are maintained
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines

✅ What We're Looking For:

Previous soldering experience is essential
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

? Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday
Early finish on Fridays!
£12.21-£12.50 per hour, depending on experience
