Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Datchet, SL3

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a switched-on, sales-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Datchet (SL3). This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for both client development and candidate delivery. You’ll need to be confident, proactive, and hungry to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage client relationships, winning new business through calls, meetings, and networking

Take full job briefs and manage vacancies from start to finish

Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone and video

Match top talent with client needs and manage the recruitment process throughout

Negotiate fees, terms, and offers

Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role (360 or sales-focused resourcer)

Strong sales ability with the drive to grow your own desk

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, go-getter attitude and confident phone manner

Organised, resilient, and target-focused
