We are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work within a PRU in Ilford, Redbridge, supporting students who require targeted behaviour and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour mentoring

Support students to regulate behaviour and emotions

Implement behaviour support plans and restorative strategies

Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams

Support reintegration into learning and positive routines

Act as a positive role model for students

Requirements:

Experience working with young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour

Background in PRU, alternative provision or youth work desirable

Calm, consistent and resilient approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
