I am seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor with experience in determining wall cavity. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers. This comes at a yearly salary of £40,000.

Carry out all property inspections including checking the fitness of the wall
Drawing specifications and raising and progressing works orders
Maintaining customer relations in occupied properties
Project Management experience desirable
Ability to use software provided
Basic computer skills desirable
