The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in re-engaging students with education and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The Science Teacher will:
Plan and deliver differentiated science lessons
Teach science across relevant key stages (KS3/KS4)
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Use trauma-informed and restorative behaviour strategies
Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Science Teacher will:
Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
Have strong subject knowledge across science
Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and patience
Be committed to inclusive and supportive education
Have a genuine desire to work within an SEMH setting
