Primary School Based Early Years Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse

We are pleased to be supporting a fantastic school with a warm and nurturing Early Years environment as they seek a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant / Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse to join their team.

This is a full-time position, available to start as soon as possible or from January 2026.

About the Role:

Supporting young children within a well-resourced Early Years setting in a Primary School.
Working alongside experienced practitioners and class teachers
Providing high-quality care, learning support, and early developmental encouragement
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Contributing to planning, observations and assessments where requiredAbout You:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (NNEB, CACHE or equivalent) desirable
Passionate about Early Years education and child development
Warm, proactive and reliable
Able to work effectively as part of a friendly and supportive teamWhy This School?

Exceptionally welcoming Early Years department
Supportive leadership and a collaborative staff team
A lovely setting with excellent indoor and outdoor learning spacesA Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, such as NNEB, CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, or BTEC Level 3 in Children's Play, Learning and Development, would be desirable but not essential.
