Metal Fabricator – Heavy Engineering ProjectsLocation: West Midlands
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (40 hours/week occasional overtime)
Pay: £15-£17 per hour based on experience

Are you a skilled Metal Fabricator who thrives on precision and problem-solving? Join a fast-paced manufacturing team working on bespoke, large-scale engineering projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Metal Fabricator, you will:

Interpret detailed metal and engineering drawings
Fabricate with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Perform tack welding and MIG welding to a high standard
Operate machinery including Guillotine, Brakepress, and Overhead Crane
Inspect work for defects and report non-conformities
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
Deliver work on time and to specificationWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator (steel and aluminium)
Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols
MIG welding proficiency
Strong communication and independent working skillsPhysical Requirements
Active role involving lifting, climbing, balancing, and handling materials
Daily use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and hearing protectionThank you for your application.
