Freelance Groundworks Supervisor – Long Term Work

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term contract with a leading contractor within the Residential sector, you will be working with a company that have an extremly busy order book and will have no problem keeping you busy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*

Supervising all groundworks activities on site

*

Managing site operatives and subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme

*

Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to site management

*

Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent)

*

Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)

*

SSSTS

*

Forklift driver ticket desirable

*

Proven experience supervising groundworks projects

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Ability to work on a freelance basis
