Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Wolverton, Milton Keynes
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time – Term Time
Salary: £90 – £120 per day

About the Role:
A secondary school in Wolverton (MK12) is seeking a HLTA to support across a range of subjects. You will work with pupils in small groups, deliver interventions, and step in to cover classes where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver intervention groups to boost progress in English and Maths
Support students with SEN across mainstream lessons
Cover teacher absences with pre-set work
Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement
Requirements:

HLTA qualification or proven TA/cover experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident managing classrooms
Flexible and adaptable to different subjects
