Production Operator – TEMP TO PERM

Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Various shift patterns - days

Key Responsibilities:

* Packing, labelling, sorting, and manual handling of products

* Ensuring products meet customer and BRC quality standards

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

* Reporting defects, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly

* Supporting machine clean-downs and waste segregation

About You:

* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is desirable

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn

* Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts

This is an excellent opportunity with the possibility coming a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks
