Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe

What You’ll Do:

* Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency

* Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations

* Track shipments and update systems with current status

* Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams

* Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally

* Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications

What You Bring:

* Experience in a customs or logistics-related role

* Skilled in using Destin8, CDS

* GVMS experience and ETSF desirable

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
