Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular Local authority based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Licensing Solicitor to join their team on a 3-month contract basis (with potential to extend)

If you have experience in Data Protection, Licensing and Regulatory and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate -  £45-£50 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £40.10- £44.50 per hour 
 
Responsibilities as a Licensing Solicitor:

Considerable knowledge of law and practice relating to Licensing law.
Able to plan and organise own workload, with minimum supervision, and to strict deadlines.
Able to anticipate changes needed to meet organisational objectives and identify strategies to overcome difficulties. 
About you as a Licensing Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with a current practise certificate
Good communication skills written and verbal.
Able to work under pressure.Benefits:
