New Resource Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a growing and dynamic manufacturing business based in Westbury. This company specialises in producing high-quality rubber compounds for specialised applications across the globe and is known for exceptional product standards and customer service.

Due to continued growth, we have multiple vacancies for Process Operators to join the production team at the company’s flagship facility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Working in a fast-paced production environment as part of a team

* Preparing materials and operating manufacturing equipment

* Producing rubber compounds to precise specifications

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

* Opportunity to develop multiple skills through progressive training packages

All training will be provided. Forklift truck experience is desirable but not essential.

Shift Pattern:

* 4-Day Week – Monday to Thursday

* 12-hour shifts, alternating weekly between days and nights

* Overtime available
