Senior Town Planner

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for preparing and managing planning applications, producing site assessments, and drafting planning statements. You will be formulating strategies, liaising with local authorities, and advising clients to deliver successful outcomes. You will be working closely with colleagues while also having the autonomy to manage your own workload and develop strong client relationships.
You will be office-based three days a week, so it is essential you live within an hour of Crowborough. This arrangement provides the balance of collaboration, mentoring, and flexibility, while still giving you the space to work independently.
Skills and Experience
You will bring:
·A relevant degree in Town Planning (RTPI chartered or working towards).
·Proven experience in preparing and submitting planning applications.
·Strong communication and report-writing skills.
·The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
·A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is dependent on your experience and will be discussed at interview. In addition, you will receive:
·25 days annual leave, plus additional paid days off during the Christmas closure.
