We’re working with a well-established construction contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

The Role

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

*

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation

*

Managing subcontractor and supplier enquiries

*

Conducting site visits where required

*

Supporting the wider pre-construction and commercial teams

*

Identifying risks and value engineering opportunities

What They’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as an Estimator within construction

*

Background in commercial and/or industrial fit-out and refurbishment projects

*

Strong knowledge of pricing, tendering, and procurement processes

*

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills
