Are you an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager with a background in structural steel? Looking for a fresh challenge where you can make a real impact and grow with a developing business unit? This could be the opportunity for you.

We’re working with an established construction contractor with over 20 years of industry success. Due to continued growth, they’re expanding their specialist steel division and are now looking for a Project Manager to oversee multiple small but technically complex structural steel projects across London.

The Role:

*

Oversee the delivery of multiple structural steel projects simultaneously – typically small in size but complex in scope.

*

Manage all project phases, from planning and procurement through to site delivery and handover.

*

Coordinate with in-house construction teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely and within budget.

*

Ensure all works are completed to high standards and in line with design specifications.

*

Take a hands-on approach and bring solutions to the table – this role offers lots of autonomy and variety.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Experience delivering structural steel projects (either as a Site Manager, Project Manager or similar).

*

Comfortable managing multiple jobs and working closely with site teams and subcontractors.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

A proactive mindset with a willingness to be involved in the development of a growing business unit.

*

Enjoys the flexibility, autonomy and variety that comes with working for a smaller business.
