Summary

This is a customer service role, focusing on helping customers buy the correct products, answer queries online and make sales via telephone. You will be responding to online queries and making telephone calls. General office administration. Full training will be given.

Hours

Monday- Friday, 9.00am- 5.00pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.

37.5 hours a week

* Assisting customers purchase the correct parts

* Responding to online queries and taking telephone calls

* General office administration

* Processing returns

* Updating inventory on the warehouse management system

The nearest train station is Berkswell station– unit is 2 mins walk from here. Requires the candidate to be efficient and deal with customer enquiries speedily
