Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £90000 OTE.

Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Sell and Buy VehiclesRequirements:

Have a proven track record within a the role
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
